The Ground Up Overhaul (8-Week Mentorship) – $4,995
Comprehensive analysis including financials, menu, POS system, and staff procedures. Includes a 2-hour consultation, detailed written report and post consultation recommendations.

Ongoing Services
Monthly Business Analysis including weekly phone calls/mentorship – $300/Week (minimum 3 months)
Subscription based. 10% discount applies if following on from our “Overhaul Program”

Additional Services – Hourly & Add-On Services
Hourly Consult – $125/hr
Half-Day Onsite (4h) – $400
Full-Day Onsite (8h) – $750
Barista Training (2h) – $475
